May I ask you a simple question?
You want to sell your house, right? They you've got an uphill battle ahead of you if you want to use 'traditional' methods because that is why houses are not moving on the market.
The trouble is that no one is buying at 2005 prices or they want you to spend your kids future fixing it up, putting huge amounts on closing or lowering your price until they get a great deal. Worst of all is that most buyers expect you to do all three.
Many recommendations that I have found is that if you do those things, you will lose out big time. You will be lucky to walk away with a small debt after it is all said and done.
The advantage to selling using the techniques that are found in the next few pages are that you can generate interest, calls and offers with very little effort on your part and if you have an agent on their part. Here is a hint, it is all in how you word your ad, what kinds of pictures you take and how you speak to your potential buyers.
The disadvantage is that you will have to work at it a bit to get it right. You cannot just sit back and hope that the Real Estate agent putting it on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) and plugging in a few local ads is going to sell your home. It simply is not going to happen. Sorry but truth (however bitter) is better than a lie.
